Returns Policy
We want you to absolutely love what you ordered — but if it’s not quite right, no problem! You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
Getting started is super easy: just log in to your account, head to “Complete Orders” under My Account, and click “Return Item(s)”. Once your return arrives and we’ve processed it, we’ll send you a quick email to confirm your refund.
A few quick things to keep in mind:

Items should be unused and in their original packaging (no extra tape or labels, please!)

If you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind, return postage will be your responsibility

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, reach out to our Customer Support Team within 7 days — we’ll sort it out fast!
And just a heads up — please use tracked delivery and keep your proof of postage, as we can’t be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we process refunds within 24 hours of receiving it. Your refund will be sent straight back to your original payment method, and we’ll email you to let you know it’s on its way.
